How do I choose the right wall for my artwork?
If you aren't sure which wall to go for, we usually recommend that you start out with a wall that is most perfectly positioned to pull eyes when walking into your desired space. For example, a wall that's facing an entrance door.
A second thing to consider is whether the wall is taken up by something that could influence the size of the artworks you go for, such as a TV, a window, a work desk, etc. You can decide to go for a wall without these, or choose artwork sizes that will sit well on the parts of the wall that are exposed.
How do I know the perfect artwork size for my wall?
It's ideal to go for sizes that best fit the dimensions of the wall you have selected for the artworks. With the right wall size, you can install one, three or even ten artworks that elevate the ambience of your space! Learn how to choose the best fit for your wall here.
What formats/media do Raknida artworks come in?
We currently offer up to three (3) art media on Raknida: art prints (you can get this framed or frameless), canvas prints (get this rolled or stretched) and wallpapers.
What size options are available to me?
You can pick from three (3) size options for art amd canvas prints:
Large: 24 x 36 inches
Medium: 16 x 24 inches
Small: 8 x 12 inches
These sizes apply specifically to the print areas, so the full artworks will be 1 - 3 inches larger.
Our wallpapers currently come in a single size: 3 meters high by 2 metres wide.

How wide is each wallpaper strip?
Our wallpapers come in two strips that each measure 1.07 metres wide and 3 metres high. The artwork on each strip includes an added inch on both sides to allow for overlapping and great alignment during installation. Find out more here.

How long will my artwork last?

We do recommend that you install your artworks on walls protected from heavy interaction to ensure that they maintain their great quality even longer.

How do I place my order?
Placing an order on Raknida is easy. Simply follow the steps below!
Step 1: Hover over Shop in the menu
Step 2: Decide which art medium or collection you'd like to check out and click on your selection.
Step 3: Select the artwork you want, include colour, finishing and dimensions, and select quantity.
Step 4: Add to cart and "Continue To Checkout" when you're ready!
How soon will I receive my order?
The production of your artwork begins at least 24 hours after payment is received. Each piece of artwork is usually completed in 5-7 business days. Shipping takes anywhere from 3 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. To cancel, kindly contact our team via firstname.lastname@example.org with CANCEL ORDER as the subject. Be sure to include your order details too!
Do I get refunded for a cancelled order?
You'll receive full refunds if your order is cancelled within 24 hours after you placed it. Production starts immediately after this window so you cannot cancel or get refunds after.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns for artworks that are damaged upon arrival or incorrect orders. To receive returns under both conditions:
— The item must have arrived defective or incorrect.
— The item shouldn't have been used or damaged in any [additional] way
— The return or exchange request must be made within three (3) days of delivery
— The return of the incorrect or defective artwork must be made to us within 7 days of the return or exchange request
Kindly email us at email@example.com to request a return with INCORRECT ORDER or DEFECTIVE ORDER as the subject. Be sure to include your order details too.
What if I receive an incorrect or defective order?
In the rare event that this happens, your artwork will be exchanged with the right one upon confirmation by our team.
Kindly take a picture of the incorrect order or damage upon arrival and mail it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within three (3) days of receipt, with INCORRECT ORDER or DEFECTIVE ORDER as the subject. A member of our team will get in touch at the earliest. Be sure to include your order details too!
What do I do if I don't receive my order?
We have efficient systems set to ensure that you always receive your order on time. So, in the rare event that your order delays beyond the time that we've assured you, simply contact our team with your order details and we'll rectify the issue asap!
How much does delivery and shipping cost?
The price of shipping is determined by your location. However, we collaborate with dispatch & shipping partners who will ensure that your products arrive quickly and in good condition at a reasonable cost. Simply input your address upon checkout, and it will be calculated.
Do I receive my orders at the same time if I placed them separately?
If you place your orders at the same time, they will be delivered within the same time frame. If there is an unforeseen delay with one of the items you ordered, you will be notified.
However, if you placed the orders independently, even if they were placed within the same time frame, they may be sent separately, but you will definitely receive them on time and in good condition.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your wall art is ready, we'll send you an email with the estimated date of delivery included, and our dispatch partner will reach out to you in advance of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
For Nigerian customers, the secure payment platform we use (PayStack), additionally offers support for direct bank transfers, USSD payments, QR Code payments and payment via PayAttitude.
You can choose any of these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support NGN and USD for charging our customers in their local currencies.
If your credit or debit card uses another currency, you will be charged in NGN or USD, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
